Do the challenge on your own, you can even do the challenge with a book or on paper if you need to. It’s your challenge.
One last thing on the myth about these challenges, these challenges are for people who want to make some changes. They aren’t for people who want to lose a few pounds. Doing a challenge does not make you healthier or make a difference to the way you look.
